Shipping and Handling

Turnaround time is normally 7-10 days however this may be extended in busier periods. Depending on the product your order may be dispatched much quicker.

 

We currently only ship within the UK.

 

We calculate shipping based on the weight of your order.

 

Orders will be shipped with Royal Mail.

Returns and exchanges
If you have any problems with your order please contact me within 14 days and return the product to me within 30 days. Unfortunately once this time has passed refunds or exchanges will not be possible.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged.

• Custom or personalised orders

• Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Please make sure you double check you spelling on your personalisation details to avoid any issues. Any spelling mistake  that are the fault of Countryside Crafts will entitle you to a full refund.

Conditions of Return

• Buyers are responsible for the cost of return.

• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please make sure you enter address details correctly any parcels returned with an incorrect address will only be resent at your cost.
